What is the format of operation - Dropship or Consignment?

We work on the Dropship model: once you receive the order and have it packed, you can login to the Admin Portal and ship the order using our logistics partner from the CreCo Admin Portal.

What is your return policy?

As a blanket policy, we do not accept returns after 7 days and returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect. In case of apparel, we allow size-exchanges. We do allow you to configure a more relaxed store policy than the one above.

What is your payout policy?

We make payouts each Friday to your CreCo registered bank account.

What levers do you provide for us to grow sales?

We do regular brand featuring and surfacing on our platform for all of our partner brands. Additionally, we give you the ability to setup and run campaigns with 0 lead time. With our partner influencer network, you can further increase your reach.
