Our platform is built to be D-I-Y (Do-It-Yourself). It's extremely easy to use & the Community Portal has all the necessary details to have you up and running in <1 hour. However, if you face any challenges, you can post on the Community Portal and our team will help you out.
We understand how important cash-flow is & how painful it is to wait between 4-8 weeks for a payment.
We therefore do weekly payouts each Friday. TGIF
As a blanket policy, we do not accept returns after 7 days. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect. In case of apparel & footwear, we allow size-exchanges.
We also allow you to configure a more relaxed policy for your store than the one above.
