CreCo will send you an e-mail and a sms when you receive an order. You can log in to the admin portal and schedule a pick-up. Pack the product, Print the shipping label and paste it on the package. Our delivery executive will pick it from your doorstep.
We process payouts to your Bank Account every Friday for orders delivered between the Thursday from two weeks ago to the previous Wednesday. We give customers a 1-week period to raise any concerns.
You will need to accept returns if:
1. You ship an incorrect product - different size or color
2. A damaged product is shipped
No returns are needed if the customer says that the size does not match as long as the product is the same size as the listing
